Every piece is printed to order in Portland, Oregon and shipped with care.

Production Time

Because every item is printed to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. We don't hold pre-printed inventory — your piece comes straight off the machine, inspected by hand, and packed for transit.

Production time does not include transit time. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays begin production the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS Ground Advantage.

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) $8 flat
Orders over $100 Free

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your production window. All orders include tracking.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — check back soon.

Tracking

All orders include USPS tracking. Once your package ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery for proactive delivery alerts.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then contact your local USPS office. If the issue persists, reach out via our Contact page with your order number.

Packaging

We take packaging seriously. Every order is wrapped in tissue paper, cushioned with foam or air-cell padding, and sealed in a rigid outer box. Large terrain and castle sets use double-boxing for added protection during transit.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph both the exterior packaging and the item inside before opening fully — this helps us file a carrier claim on your behalf. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund immediately.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, use the contact form immediately — we can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery. That said, reach out via the Contact page — we'll help file a carrier claim where possible.
