We Stand Behind
Every Piece
If it arrives broken, we reprint it. No runaround.

Know What You're Getting
Every figure is printed whole on a Bambu Lab printer in our Portland studio. Some critical joints are pre-assembled before shipping to reduce breakage in transit. That said, 3D printed pieces have inherent physical limits — thin decorative elements like sword tips, staff ends, and wing edges are delicate by nature. These are display and tabletop gaming pieces, not toys. Handle them accordingly and they'll last.
We pack every order carefully — tissue wrap, foam cushioning, rigid box. But carriers are carriers. If something breaks in transit, we make it right.
Arrives Broken
If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:
- Photograph the item and the exterior packaging before unpacking further
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery via the Contact page with your order number and photos
- We reprint and reship at no charge — your choice of replacement or store credit
We file the carrier claim on our end. You don't need to do anything beyond sending us the photos.
Defective Print
If a piece has a print defect — layer separation, missing detail, structural failure from the print itself — we reprint it. Same process: contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. No questions asked.
Custom Orders
Custom commissions are final sale — we've built something specifically for you. The one exception: if a custom piece arrives broken or defective, we reprint it under the same terms above.
All Sales Final
Every piece is printed to order. We don't hold inventory, and a printed piece can't be restocked. For this reason all sales are final outside of shipping damage and print defects covered above.
Contact
Use the Contact page and include your order number. We're a small studio — you're talking directly to the person who made your piece.
