Orders
Browse the Shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We process all orders through our secure Shopify-powered storefront. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement — before we begin printing. Use the contact form with your order number as soon as possible. Once a print job starts, we cannot cancel, but our returns policy covers you if needed.
Yes — we love custom work. Whether you need a specific character pose, a custom terrain piece, or a bespoke castle layout, reach out via the Contact page with your vision. Custom orders require a 50% deposit and 2–3 weeks lead time.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Yes. An order confirmation is sent immediately to your email address. A shipping confirmation with tracking information follows once your package leaves our studio in Portland, Oregon.
Products
All figures are printed with premium PLA+ filament on Bambu Lab printers, producing crisp multi-color detail at 0.1mm layer resolution. Each piece is inspected by hand before shipping. No supports are left visible — every figure is cleaned, test-fitted, and approved before it leaves the studio.
Character figures are typically 5–7 inches tall — substantial enough for display but scaled for tabletop play. Terrain and castle pieces vary; dimensions are listed on each product page. Large-scale terrain pieces can span 12–18 inches.
Yes. All character figures and terrain are designed with D&D 5e play in mind, but they work equally well for Pathfinder, other tabletop RPGs, display collections, and dioramas. Figures are not pre-painted — the multi-color FDM process produces vibrant, ready-to-display pieces that also accept paint beautifully.
Yes. All designs are original, created and owned by Numicus Studios / Mac Clark. We do not print or sell reproductions of copyrighted IP. Every model is produced from our own original intellectual property.
Absolutely. PLA+ takes acrylic paint well. We recommend a light sanding with 400-grit and a thin primer coat before painting. The multi-color base makes an excellent guide — many collectors display them as-printed and paint specific accent details.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Each piece is printed to order — we don't hold large pre-printed inventory, which means yours is fresh off the machine. Large terrain orders or custom work may take 7–14 business days; this will be noted on the product page or communicated at order time.
Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.
All pieces are wrapped in tissue and packed with foam or air-cell padding inside rigid-wall boxes. Large castle and terrain sets use double-boxing. If something arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and piece and email us — we'll make it right.
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Domestic orders are trackable in real time. International tracking may have gaps between the US handoff and local carrier pickup.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our full Returns Policy for details.
Use the contact form within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds appear in your account within 3–7 business days.
