The One Hundred Poem Promise

Strange Glances

A Lifetime I Have Been Alive

With Certain Feeling Or Thoughts.

I Imagine That Someday My Eyes

Have Wavered Behaving Like Teeter-Totters;

Other More Important Ones:

I Shut The World Out To Listen

A Melody Of Silence Wanders By.

Strange Bird Shaped Fairies

Never Leave My Fingertips.

They Cling To Each Other

In A Hope That They Might Last,

They Themselves Seeing My Soul

Is Etched Into Their Delicate Lives.

When Everlasting Time Will Pass Us By

That I Might Never Hear A World

Again Without Them Fading

My Vision Lasting Whispers Echoing.
