The One Hundred Poem Promise
On God's Shoulders
I Met Him On A Quest
Sitting Under A Tree
Waiting For The Days To Come
Many Nights Had I Been There
Sorting The Tears, The Laughter, The Living
To Be Alone With The Thought Of The Dead In Mind
And Being
Should Happenstance Have Been Different
I Might Have Come Upon Myself
With Different Words Than I Once Had
Here.
Forward As The Wind Blew West
I Stood With This Man,
God Upon His Shoulders
Wishing To Be A God,
To View And Live Always,
As The Sun Before Me
Drenching Life From Death
In The Space Of This World
A Passion For Energy
I Died This Death
